    (2) How can user feedback be used for this? 
    (3) How can truthful user feedback be obtained?
    This talk will focus on: 
    (1) How can demand be estimated for services?
     (2) How can this be applied by GSPs?

    Martin  Weiss教授毕业于卡内基梅隆大学,获博士学位.对电子信息技术/计算机科学技术
有着深入的研究。目前担任匹兹堡大学信息学院教授副院长.
